Mission Statement:
To support our athletes of NW Elite Cheer by overseeing charitable team fundraising, offsetting athlete costs, and providing positive volunteer opportunities which foster tradition and pride.

Developing athletes through specific training to provide improvement in technique, tactics, and physical maturity. The 360 athlete includes psychological and social development.

STEVEN BULLOCK
VICE PRESIDENT
Steven Bullock is a highly involved parent of 5. He has been working with non-profit organizations for the last 10+ years from missing children, soccer clubs, school athletics, and cheer booster. Steven and Stacy have been together for 20 years and married for 17 years. In their first year with the NWPA Y1 program, they have Ashton and Izzy. He enjoys bowling, watching soccer, traveling to Las Vegas, and listening to the police and fire radio in his spare time.
JESS CRAIG-CRANE

Jess Craig-Crane is the mom of Ella, athlete on J1 Black Ice. It is Ella's 5th year of all star cheer, but her 1st year with NWPA. Jess is a business manager/chief of staff in Regulatory and Compliance at Premera Blue Cross and in addition to being a cheer mom she also is a Girl Scout troop leader for 2 troops. She is also the President of the PTA at Madison Elementary. Her family is made up of herself, her husband Ben, and their 3 daughters Cheyenne (19), Ella (11), and Rylynn (8). They have 2 dogs, a guinea pig, and some fish. They enjoy camping in the summer, watching football and family fun activities.
